Brickell Condos – June 2019

June 2019 figures, while not exciting to the naked eye, point to a much better market during late 2019 to early 2020. Why you wonder? Inventory has been dropping steadily since October of 2018, almost 10%. Most of this can be attributed to the fact that developers have slowed down to a trickle the introduction of new inventory to the Brickell condo market. Thus re-sale inventory will stop facing competition from new developments and start selling at a faster pace. Key stats as follows:

  • Total Inventory fell almost 8% from June 2018 to June 2019
  • Total # of units sold decreased by 3.7% from June 2018 to June 2019
  • Inventory absorption improved from 24 months worth of inventory during June 2018 to 23 months during June 2019
